Shopr is operated by Mr Brand (Pty) Ltd.
2. Shopr's role
Shopr is a directory, discovery, catalogue and advertising platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Shopr is not the seller, supplier, fulfilment provider or payment processor for products offered by listed stores.
Purchases made from an external store are governed by that store's prices, availability, delivery terms, returns policy, privacy policy and contractual terms.
3. Listings and catalogues
Shopr aims to present useful and current information but does not guarantee that every listing, price, promotion, catalogue, delivery estimate or product description is complete or error-free.
Catalogue validity dates and stock availability must be confirmed with the relevant retailer before purchase.
4. External websites
Links and embedded views are provided for convenience. External websites remain controlled by their respective owners. Shopr is not responsible for their availability, security, content or transactions.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of Shopr.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or malicious material.
- Do not scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit Shopr content without permission.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with a listed store, advertiser, Shopr or Mr Brand.
6. Intellectual property
The Shopr name, design, platform content and original material are owned by or licensed to Mr Brand (Pty) Ltd. Third-party names, logos, catalogues and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Store and advertising submissions
A person submitting a store, advertisement, logo, catalogue or other content confirms that they have authority and the necessary rights to do so. Mr Brand may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove submissions where reasonably necessary.
Paid advertising services may also be subject to a separate quotation, insertion order or Mr Brand advertising agreement.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Shopr is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mr Brand excludes warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from external stores, unavailable services or reliance on third-party content.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
9. Changes and availability
Mr Brand may change Shopr, these terms or available features from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts.
